I was thrilled to death to see Pennsylvania's lawmakers give themselves a pay raise of 18 percent. Of course the people who are on Social Security only get a 2.5 percent raise.
I guess our cost of living isn't the same as theirs. We don't ride in limos or jets and pay for hideaways for our lovers. From what I hear, they are even cutting the energy assistance for people in poverty.
I think it's the Robin Hood Syndrome in reverse; Take from the poor and give to the rich. When is it going to end?
